Order Processing
All orders are dispatched from MooGoo HQ within 3 business days of receiving payment (excluding sale and closure periods).
We pack all orders in the sequence we receive them, so expedited or express shipping does not mean your order will be packed ahead of others. It simply means that once your order has been packed and handed to our dispatch partners, it will travel to you more quickly than standard shipping.
Economy Shipping
Orders under $59 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a dynamic shipping rate. This is automatically calculated at checkout based on your parcel weight and delivery location.
Orders over $59 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free economy shipping.
Expedited and Express Shipping
If you wish to select Expedited Parcel or Expresspost Delivery, you can do so at checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your parcel weight and delivery location.
You can expect your order to arrive within the timeframe Canada Post specifies based on your location.
Tracking and Delivery
We ship your goodies through Canada Post. All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into it straight away.
