Looking for a lovely lip moisturizer without all the chemicals? That’s why we created all our Lip Balms. This means we don’t use ingredients like Paraffin Oil, Mineral Oil or Petroleum Jelly which derive from petroleum. Unfortunately, this is what you’ll find in most commercial lip products. We don’t think putting the stuff that goes into our cars on our lips is the healthiest thing we can do, especially when everything on the lips eventually gets eaten.

Strawberry Tinted Lip Balm brings big hydration to dry lips, with a hint of subtle colour…when you’re in the MOO-d. The natural colour is courtesy of Beetroot Extract, but don't worry, it doesn't taste like beetroot; we made it with a yummy, lip-licking Strawberry Flavour. You’ll have to try you best not to eat it.

When researching how to create a tinted lip balm, we found that many other brands use “Cochineal” as their natural, red colouring. This can also be called “Carmine”, “Natural Colours” or “Natural Red Number 4”. This is made by boiling Cochineal Beetles in water and extracting the red dye as they break down. It made us feel a bit funny thinking about having bug residue on our lips, and so we went on to look for something nicer.

What ingredients are not in your Lip Balms?

There's lots of things you won't find in these lip balms (or any of our other products) because they were all formulated for family members and close friends. This includes Paraffin and Mineral Oil which derive from petroleum but are commonly found in most commercial lip products. We don’t think putting the stuff that goes into our cars on our lips is the healthiest thing we can do, especially when everything on the lips eventually gets eaten. We avoid a lot of other things too, way too many to list here.

Are your products tested on animals?

The only animals we use for testing are our own bodies. We never test on animals and will not export to countries that do.

How are your 5 Lip Balms different?

All are lip balms are made with a similar natural, healthy base of ingredients, but there are a few differences.

Our Cow Lick Lip Balm is our moisturizing all-rounder to keep lips hydrated day to day with a fresh citrus scent. It contains Mandarin Orange Peel Oil to encourage repair and it tastes nice. Use this one morning, noon and night.

Our Tingling Honey Lip Balm is our go-to anytime lips start feeling a little extra dry, sore or chapped and needs mending. It contains Allantoin, Menthol and Honey to do the repair work. It also has a lovely lemony tingle upon application.

Our Strawberry Tinted Lip Balm brings big hydration to the lips with a hint of colour, for when you’re feeling sassy, courtesy of Beetroot Extract. But don't worry, it doesn't taste like beetroot; we made it with a yummy Strawberry Flavour.

Our Coconut Cream Lip Balm is a moisturizing all-rounder to nourish your lips whenever you like. This cool, creamy, coco-nutty concoction will take you back to your last tropical beach holiday, sipping on a Pina Coladas. Yes, please!

Our Vanilla Dream Lip Balm is a hydrating hero that you’ll never get enough of. We added in some Vanilla Flavour to give this delicious creation the scent and taste of vanilla cookies. But don't worry, this comes without the calories.
