Though our Pink Soothing Cream may look unusual due to its bright pink color, it will not stain the skin. The color comes from Vitamin B12, an ingredient commonly used in products designed for dry skin prone to irritation.

Rather than a simple Vitamin B12 ointment in a petroleum-based formula, this cream is formulated with a moisturizing base that helps maintain hydration and support the skin’s natural barrier. A healthy skin barrier plays an important role in protecting compromised skin from external irritants. Some users may notice mild skin flaking as very dry skin loosens over time, which can occur as the skin becomes better moisturized and fresh, repaired skin is revealed underneath.

As with all new products, we recommend patch testing before first use. Vitamin B12 contains the mineral Cobalt. Individuals with a known Cobalt allergy may also be sensitive to Vitamin B12, so patch testing is particularly important.

For best results, gently apply the cream directly to problem patches. It’s designed to treat these areas specifically. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated and to enhance the benefits of the treatment. We love the Soothing MSM or Fast Hydrating Lotion for this.

Apply the Eczema & Psoriasis Cream first and allow it to soak in for 2 minutes. Then apply the Soothing MSM Moisturiser over top and anywhere else you like for some added moisture and TLC. We also recommend using a gentle cleanser like our Ultra Gentle Cleanser with Ceramides to help keep skin happy and hydrated by not stripping the natural oils which can cause dryness and irritation.

Skin Calming Cream

If your skin is going through a flare-up and you’re looking for immediate relief, the OG is a wonderful choice. It’s lightweight, calming and helps reduce irritation and inflammation while gently hydrating. It’s simple, effective and works beautifully for mild to moderate Eczema or Psoriasis flare-ups. If you’re after something soothing and easy to apply daily, this might be your go-to!

Pink Cream

For ongoing flare-ups or skin that needs help regenerating and healing, the Pink Cream might be the best fit. It has Vitamin B12, which makes it a little unique - it’s especially good for supporting skin repair and reducing inflammation over time. It’s a fantastic option if your skin needs some extra TLC to stay calm and healthy.

As always, we choose not to use ingredients like Parabens, Sulphates, Petroleum Jelly and synthetic fragrances, making it a great choice for those who typically experience adverse reactions to skincare products.

However, if you have a sensitivity to Cobalt, this product might not be suitable for you and we would recommend trying our original Skin Calming Cream instead.

Will the cream stain the skin?

Of course not. While the cream’s bright pink color may raise some eyebrows and scepticism, we promise it will rub in clear, leaving no color behind.

Will the cream stain my clothes?

We love our Pink Cream, but your light-colored clothes might not! If you're using it on larger areas, stick to darker outfits to keep things stain-free.

How often should the Pink Soothing Cream be applied?

Apply our Pink Soothing Cream as needed, particularly after washing your skin or when you notice dryness or irritation beginning to appear. Many users find that applying the cream 2-3 times a day shows optimal results.

The formulation's creamy texture allows for quick absorption and provides sustained hydration, ensuring your skin remains soft and comfortable throughout the day. Regular application can help maintain the skin barrier and prevent Eczema flare-ups.

What does "Dermatologically Tested" mean?

You may have seen the term “Dermatologically Tested” on lots of products before, but did you know there’s not an actual definition or regulation for this term? Because that didn’t sit right with us, and because our aim is to make products for people with really sensitive skin, we decided to send a bunch of them off to be tested in an independent lab on 54 people who reported having sensitive skin. The results were given on a scale of 0 to 5 with 0 being no irritation or redness and 5 being a reaction. We’re happy to report that other than one person who had a reaction to the adhesive on the patch and another who found the patches painful to remove, all subjects reported 0 for redness and irritation for all the products we sent for testing.
